		<description>Local caching of the javascript file was not my idea. I once read in JonLee.ca on &lt;a href="http://www.jonlee.ca/speed-up-google-analytics-host-it-locally/"&gt;speeding up GA by local caching&lt;/a&gt;. But Google never recommened that since latest updates to the script will be missed. Some blogs suggested setting up a cron job to update the file periodically. I made it a &lt;a href="http://www.joycebabu.com/blog/speed-up-google-analytics-using-simple-php-script.html"&gt;little simpler by removing the dependancy on cron&lt;/a&gt;. Creation of the Wordpress plugin was suggested by &lt;a href="http://blog.carlmercier.com"&gt;Carl.&lt;/a&gt;</description>
